Story

Dear Friends and Clients,

A few of our clients have recently been asking about the full range of services that we offer here at Optimum Health and our qualifications. So we thought this was a great opportunity to educate our current clients on who we are and what we do.

As you know both Joanna & I run a complimentary healthcare practice that offers a range of therapies and services to meet our client’s needs. We have been operating successfully for 20 years and have treated more than 100,000 people!

Brendan trained as a Remedial Body Therapist, (NZQA diploma in Remedial Body Therapies) Craniosacral Therapist and a Prenatal and Birth Therapist. In his spare time he teaches Craniosacral Therapy and facilitates personal sessions, as well as group process workshops. Brendan is a Registered member of A.P.P.P.A.H (the Association for Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and P.A.C.T (the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists). He is also a member of A.P.P.P.A.H.. The association for Pre and Perinatal Psychology and health.

Joanna also practices as a Remedial Body Therapist (NZQA Dip in Remedial Body Therapies) and a Craniosacral Therapist. She is a Registered member of P.A.C.T and the Charter of Health Practitioners New Zealand. Jo has recently completed and graduated with her Certificate in Hakomi, a Mindfulness based psychotherapy. Jo has a certificate in Fitness Management from Otago University.
