Spent $1200 here and the service was ok but not friendly.  Went back a few weeks later to buy more fishing gear and a staff member accuses me of trying to steal a jacket and jokes with others in the shop about it.  'Might pay to brush up on the labels you sell in your shop buddy'.nnI love Hunting and Fishing shops and I usually get great friendly service but this one shop on 2 separate occasions lets the team down.  Never going back.

My girlfriend brought a new rod from them it was rated for 15kgs and snapped on 20 pound line in less than 2 hours of fishing the manager Mike then accused her of dropping a rock on it not true it was brand new with not a mark on itand wouldn't refund it , we have always had a good experience with hunting and fishing but stay away from This store customer service is appalling and they are offering to replace the part at a discounted cost so they definitely know the rod was faulty but won't admit it , I've been fishing for years and have never seen this she did everything properly and just basic maths don't add up if the line is weaker than the rod why did the rod snap before the line? They must not store the rods very well in the back of the store as we did everything normal just a regular day fishing and now Mike is just making excuses for his stores bad service

Great staff, were very helpful and well informed about their products

For once, in all honesty, in the numerous times I have gone to the store, a salesperson ACTUALLY  approached me, not me having to stand there for 10 minutes trying to get a staff members attention. Must be the new store in the Valley that's been a good influence
