I have been with Dr Haitsma for coming up two decades. I have never met such a caring and fabulous doctor, always listens, genuinely cares about you and your well being. I have never had another doctor like him and would be lost without him and his practice. Thank you Tara Road Medical!

I wouldn't bother looking at most of the negative reviews on here! Mostly troll accounts. This is a great medical centre. Professional and helpful. Would recommend

Terrible experience,  disappointed to say the least. The last werk have been though the public hospital system, surgery, Ed, had negitive rat test, no signs of any flu or covid. I was asked to leave and wait outside or in my car if I wasn't going to wear a mask. Ended up walking away and going to 2nd ave. Thanks Tara road crew, enjoy discriminating the people you are so called helping. Hope you wake up soon.  To say I was rude. Not sure what your Staff have said. I was never asked if I was exempt or any issues wearing a mask, I was respectful towards your staff, my response to your staff member saying from behind the desk with someone in the waiting room which I find lazy and unprofessional 'you need to put your mask on, wait outside or in your car was 'I'm ok thanks'. Followed by explaining the effectiveness of the masks, especially the surgical masks which they were wearing.  I put your staff at no risk, with no symptoms of being sick, and a negitive covid test couple days ago. How about exercising some common sense. Good luck, I certainly won't be coming back. More than happy to talk in person if you require.

Extremely happy with the care taken with me and my son over the last 5 years, especially considering the seriousness of what Martijn discovered. Affordable and thorough service, have always found staff approachable even when I can see they're under pressure.

Shout out to Tara Road Medical clinic!! The nurses, doctors and staff there are amazing. Thank you for taking care of me and my family since we were registered 2.5 years ago. From minor surgery, to mole maps and now Covid testing you’ve been wonderful.

Tara Road Medical Centre is the most incredible medical centre in town. I am constantly needing their services which I receive at the highest standard for my entire family and myself every time. I am sick to death of seeing people complain about the so called “discrimination” of having to wait in queues or be isolated to a cabin or car. They are the rules for EVERYONE and none of the staff discriminate at all. They are so open, welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for Marja, Martjin, Michelle and the ladies for their help throughout my pregnancy and post natal journey. If you’re looking for doctors that genuinely care and take the time to help you, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Cannot recommend them highly enough! : thank you team for your constant work to keep everyone safe and healthy.

I am not a registered patient at this clinic. I really wish I was though! Unfortunately they aren't taking new patients at the moment I just needed a COVID test for precautionary reasons only, and I cannot commend the staff working there enough. The receptionist Rosemary was really lovely to deal with. Then the nurse that did my test was also really lovely. The test wasn't at all uncomfortable for me. Keep up the amazing customer service ladies!!

Me and my family are so lucky to register our GP at this clinic. All doctors, nurses and receptionist team are amazing. They are giving us the best service every time we come. Sometimes we need to wait a bit long because they are so busy but the way they take care your heath issues make the wait is deserve.
