Our team is proud to offer the highest standard of family centered healthcare.

We are a Cornerstone accredited practice. All of our doctors are FRNZCGP qualified having attained the highest standards of NZ GP training and all have specialist interests ranging from child health, mental health, sports medicine, travel medicine, specialized ACC work, minor surgery, immigration medicals, men's health and women's health.

We also oversee the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide range of other medicals.

Have been a patient of Papamoa Pines Medical Centre for 21 years I have found all the staff to be very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. I am very saddened to be leaving this practice behind me as I am leaving the area. I hope my next Doctor and medical practice is as good.
Great service from doctors and receptionist team. Specifically, Dr. Victoria Horne, she is amazing and careful. Highly recommend
This center has a rubbish sytem. Can not even call and make a appointment to see a doctor. You have to call at 8am to be on a waiting list. With a baby who has covid cant even get a inhaler and pamol that says alot about their care for infants and children. Disgusting system
Can’t get a proper appointment if you have “COVID symptoms” Just phone consult… how are you meant to check my baby’s ears over the phone?? Do not go here… very disappointed as of late. Don’t even get me started on the reception hahahaha
Absolutely Disgusted. The reception staff insulted my freedom of choice and acted in a complete unprofessional and discriminatory response towards my disability. The staff also insulted me by making up false accusations saying that I was rude and swearing at them. Upon leaving, we were targeted, insulted and the staff worker who made the accusation wouldn’t come forward. This medical centre shows nothing but unprofessionalism and my family and I will definitely be switching.
Extremely rude receptionists and it's really hard to get an appointment- you have to book at least a week in advance. I'm thinking understaffed? Taking on more clients than they can handle maybe? Anyway, their customer service is the main reason you shouldn't join this clinic. They are really short witted, and unhelpful. I just feel like a pain in their neck when I call and have been brushed off multiple times now. Come on guys up your game! I'm definitely switching clinics after the experience I've had. Don't go here!!
I was a patient at Papamoa Pines for sixteen years and Dr Anele was my doctor. She is the best doctor ever. Unfortunately I had to move away from Papamoa and I really miss her and all the other doctors, nurses and the receptionists. I think it's the best medical practice ever.
Turning covid negative registered patients needing to see a Dr away is disgusting and irresponsible in your medical duty of care as doctors! How are they meant to listen to a patients chest over the phone! Shame on you!!!
Very happy with our family doctor, she is always so thorough and knows my children well. The nurses are lovely and always friendly
My partner have been here twice and have had the worst service. Doctor’s here are unhelpful, we’ve asked for a referral for an X-ray for both times as my partner has had scoliosis surgery 10 years ago and wanted to check changes. Both doctor’s have refused saying “it’s a waste of time”. Were wondering if they even know what Scoliosis is. Coming here was a waste of time. Never coming back
