Friendly staff Great deals Quality items  Gorgeous shoes

One of the best hospice shops in auckland, you can find anything, just name it! Price is very reasonable, staffs are so friendly. Went there more than fourth times and got many beautiful things!

Wanted to buy some toys for a 2-year old. After letting her choose and play for no more than 5 minutes, a staff comes and tell us that the toys are for sell, not for play. Really? You are going to judge and kick a 2-year old out for playing with some dirty second-hand toys in a thrift shop? How do I know what to buy them if you don't let them play a little first? They don't have toddlers in before or do they treat them all the same? Very rude! Charity? Ha.

Absolutely apparelled at the customer service here. I left here in tears
