Tōhunga Ahurewa: Reclaiming Our Spiritual Heritage. Is a natural evolution with the research and study I did in my masters thesis "Revitalising the authentic spiritual power of Tōhunga Ahurewa in a modern world." It was said in most circumstances that Tōhunga Ahurewa were the highest order of Māori spiritual practitioners. They were trained in the Whare Wānanga which were the Schools of Higher Spiritual Learning. It is also said that they were able to move and command the natural living Universe at will, and restore the mauri (life-force) in any living being. This is the reclamation of our spiritual inheritance.
