Extremely frustrating. These guys never seem to be open. Closed two nights in a row when their website and Bayfair’s website said they were open, the second night I even rung up earlier in the day to double check their opening hours to make sure I’d arrive on time. Won’t bother again.

My mum and I got our hair cut hair and although pricey we left fully satisfied with our hair and the ladies were lovely and looked out for us. We’ve never left a salon fully satisfied but these girls definitely delivered. Worth the price.Service: Blowdry

I go to Synergy Bayfair every 5 weeks to get my hair colored. Always great service. Knowledgeable staff with fresh ideas. I get compliments regularly on my hair!

I went to synergy in hope for a relaxing haircut. I was told I would get my hair washed, cut, blowdried and styled to my liking. I get my haircut once a year so was hoping to have a nice experience. Overall my haircut is nice but my experience wasn’t great. The lady seemed grumpy and kept talking about how bad my hair was. She didn’t style it at all and seemed in a rush. I don’t often spend a lot of money on my hair but when I do I expect what I pay for.

Called in to get some hair product and they managed to fit me in for a fringe trim. Didn't charge me. Lovely friendly chatty staff and a great fringe trim
