My mum and I were looking for somewhere to eat in New Brighton and found this place. Service was great, the food and drinks were excellent. Not too long of a wait either despite being quite busy. The only thing that I didn’t like was the seating inside, the table we sat at was a little wonky and the seat benches were kind of angled, but this is really here nor there and not that big of a deal overall. Definitely recommend, and will be coming back in the New Year.
Popped in for a coffee fix and a quick bite. I love Switch Espresso coffee. Great locally roasted coffee with a kick. I had a cheese and onion scone which was great. Love that the butter is not in a pre portioned disposable packaging Staff were friendly and cleared plates/cup as they delivered other coffee and food. Warm and sunny spot to sit and relax.
I visited this place after reading reviews about their great coffee, but the coffee was quite ordinary. Even though it wasn’t a busy time, the staff looked tense and were rather unfriendly.
Really tasty breakfast in the heart of Brighton, all served with amazing service
Switch is a gem nestled in the fringy feeling New Brighton and well worth a visit. The staff are efficient and make great coffee, there's a good selection of cabinet food, as well as menu items for breakfast through lunch. Inside is quirky and comfortable and on a nice day there's outdoor seating.
