The lady at reception checked us in was rude!!! Nice comfy room. No milk for coffee given or in the room! Nice view of pines from room window! Cell reception patchy! Last stayed here in 2007, was good then, now while facility is fine can't say the same about the people! Not from the cold welcome received!!
Great place to stay, fabulous food, lovely staff, cosy room and comfortable bed. Tenpin bowling was fun. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.
Great budget accommodation! Humongous, quiet room with super comfortable heated bed. Scrupulously cleaned. Lovely staff. Stable wifi. 24h reception.
This is definitely the best place to stay around Queenstown. Good value for money, close to town but just far enough so you don't have to deal with the noise of people partying and coming back late. The staff provide the best customer service, all throughout the night even!
Did not honour their commitment. It was confirmed they will give our three rooms adjacent, but one room was far far far away. Rest is good
OK place great friendly service the selection of food not big but was yummy which is a shame good entertainment for the kids with the bowling and arcade and in a beautiful area but really reasonable rates
Nice place to stay but abit far from city. Only convenience for those who have car.
Was great overall really unfortunately. Website photos don’t match the reality of the resort. Bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned from last guest and bins hadn’t been emptied a little disappointed.
