It's rated as a 3-star hotel but the moment you get there it feels like 5-star service! The concierge is super friendly and always smiles and makes you feel ultra welcome. The rooms are clean and the TV is big!! Great for families as we can borrow board games and there's a bowling alley on-site!! And it's only $10 for hotel guests. I give it 5 stars in service, friendliness and I'll be back!
My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had just gotten engaged the same day and the staff made our time super special - even sending a brownie, balloon and card to our door. Super friendly staff, good location not too far out of town and very comfortable and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Queenstown. Thanks again staff for making our engagement day so special.
If you want an alternative stay from Queenstown centre, then this Swiss Belresort hotel is good value for money. Located about 8 km from town centre, it is just beside Arthur’s Point mountain with good F&B nearby. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in staffs are friendly.
Rooms clean and tidy. Food is in bowling alley and is not worth the money for dinner. All while getting blasted by sound systemnStaff can speak English but have trouble having a conversation and being able to understand issue!!!nTurn up for breakfast and sausages and bacon cold???nWouldn't recommend eating there.
There’s bed warmer in every room and that’s such a game changer during my visit in Winter. Room is also spacious. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and can take you directly to Queenstown city centre.
