My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had just gotten engaged the same day and the staff made our time super special - even sending a brownie, balloon and card to our door. Super friendly staff, good location not too far out of town and very comfortable and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Queenstown. Thanks again staff for making our engagement day so special.
It's rated as a 3-star hotel but the moment you get there it feels like 5-star service! The concierge is super friendly and always smiles and makes you feel ultra welcome. The rooms are clean and the TV is big!! Great for families as we can borrow board games and there's a bowling alley on-site!! And it's only $10 for hotel guests. I give it 5 stars in service, friendliness and I'll be back!
Veren is amazing, very helpful, willing to go extra miles to cater to our needs. We had an amazing experience staying at Swiss bell mostly because of the level of customer services we received especially from Veren. The room we stayed in is great, enough heating, spacious for just 2 people. Good that the venue has bowling alley, we did enjoy spending time there. Will be back.
We spent two nights at this place, which is close to Coronet Peak ski field. That’s the only positive point. The room was big but old. While the age of the room was acceptable, the hot water was not working when we needed it, and the bathroom was smelly.nnThey serve good chicken carbonara, but the pizza was disgusting. I recommend not eating there.nnThe breakfast on the first day was very unpleasant because they had only one staff member, and he was not even smiling. The second day was better.nnThey have nice photos on the internet, but don't trust them.
Its a decent motel, good to chill after your ski at coronets peak. Its a good place to sleep, room is spacious, good for family. However, there’s not much in it aside from good place to rest and leave.nnIts not moldy or old af as well. Reviews saying its moldy is not that true, bed has warmer during winter.
