My battery failed so after a good Samaritan helped with jumper leads, I was told to go to your store. The young manager came out, checked the battery, gave me a print-out and told me I needed a mechanic, not a new battery. As I'm a woman in my late 70s he could have easily sold me a new battery and I would have been none the wiser. I so appreciate his honesty and great service. I don't live in Timaru but will be recommending your store to my friends here. WELL DONE, I can't tell you how much you made my day. Young flippant smart alecky boy served me today when I went in to purchase a car stereo. He had no idea what he was doing and it was such an infuriatingly, incredibly unhelpful, sometimes rude experience that I went straight to Repco and bought exactly what I was after with the help of the brilliantly attentive and knowledgeable staff. The only reason I gave a star was because i couldn't post this otherwise.nI won't be back.
