Appalling service!nnWouldn't go out in the rain to check what windscreen wipers we needed? Or to remove or fit so we could bring instore?nnHad to ask a random in the car next to us to help.nnOnce he sorted what we needed, they sold us the one we needed.nnThen I realised we needed to do both, so we went back in and asked to buy another one exactly the same.nnThe man didn't know which one it would be as the lady sold us the other one and apparantly had just gone on lunch and again he refused to go out into the rain to check....?nnWe then spotted the lady and asked her. Brought the second one.nnThankfully, a very helpful local mechanic was there aswell and offered to fit them for us, so kind of him.nnRidiculous customer service from this team will never return to the repco timaru. I will make sure I drive the extra to supercheap who actually bother with their customers.
