Annoyed I'd driven there after being told on Sunday by someone at the Mt Maunganui branch there'd be someone at Judea branch that'd fit a bulb. Apparently the lady had told her colleague there was nobody to do fitting, but he told me that anyway.nTotal lack of communication and a waste of an hour and petrol.nLady just was unapologetic and lacked empathy.nI expect better service and advise an update should be made on the company website to advise would be customers that require a fitting service to phone ahead. This would have saved the hassle and a negative impact from my review.
I went in for new window wipers because mine were worn out and split. I was immediately asked if I needed help by the lovely young man at the counter. I told him what I needed and he asked if I wanted someone to fit them. I was surprised and said yes please. I only had to wait a few minutes for someone to become free and this lovely young lady helped me out. Between these 2 extremely wonderful staff members, I was sorted in no time. This was on a Saturday and what amazing customer service, thank you.
The staff were amazing on Saturday. I arrived to a friendly front staff member. Within 10 minutes the customers kept rolling in. It was chaos. The staff kept their cool did a fantastic job for all of us, and were probably hoping it wasn't going to be that chaotic all day.nThank you from a happy Mazda customer

Excellent 5 star service in a store that offers everything needed to make your motoring experience stress free. Friendly staff who interact with customers with genuine kindness and care.
