My aged vehicle needed a new screw cap for the water coolant...when I arrived the cheeky young man thought I'd come to sell my car as a wreck...Well sori, not yet like me it still has a few miles to go..the girl at the entrance gave me locations for 3 cars I could check...found 3 caps..one was perfect so gor $5.00 am back on the road again..thank you thank you sooo much Pick A Part. Hi there. Is there a phone number I can ring through, please? I just need to ring you guys to get a quote, please. I don't want to submit it online. Because Its taking so long to email me back for the work and income quote to get it paid for. You guys taking so long to get back to me. I submitted it twice last month and a month before hand as well. I wanted to ring through to you guys, please, and thank you.
The vehicle selection was all good, only issue was the staff are sooo rude. Asked the guys in the yard if I could borrow a ratchet or a spanner to undo one bolt and just got a No and they walked off. Traveled 100km to get there, paid the fee to get in and had to drive home empty handed because I couldn't find my 12mm spanner and they wouldn't help even though I was only one bolt away from being a satisfied customer.
Do not trust the web site availability for parts, or even the personnel at the desk about their stock. They will be of no help other than blame others for their incompetence.nBut you still have to pay to find this out even when they are wrong. They are not about helping customers.
Absolute total waste of time this site and organisation, try to use “contact us “page at 3 different branches and yet no one responds,ngo into my local branch in hope they contact another branch for parts, they tell me they have no idea who or if anyone answers the “contact us” page, and i need to go to physical branch for parts, this business is a total waste of time, i find a source in OZ for my holden,
