Bought 2 sets of tie downs 2 weeks ago. Moved to wanaka. One split on a sewed seam. They want me to drive 4 hours to the nearest store to exchange or get a refund! Worst customer service in history!

Service is friendly n great but parts are always faulty especially the lights for cars and most of their electrical items

Last few times I've tried store has been closed at 4.30, although website says open until 5.30?

Went in a week ago and couldn't find anyone to help me. Went in there a couple of days ago and found a lovely young man who was very understanding and helpful. Shame that the car seat covers didn't fit but it was not a hassle to get a refund.

I was waiting in line at the checkouts, and the female employee asked for her manager. The manger came over and completely verbally abused the employee and then walked away leaving her to deal with the original problem she clearly needed help with. Seeing the girl fall into tears is really unpleasant to see. I put the products back and left. I went to Repco. You guys really need to evaluate your managers. I hope the poor girl is okay and I won’t be returning any time soon.

Really bad customer service from Supervisor today.. He don’t know what’s happening there with the product but still arguing with me. Negative attitude , Can’t talk politely.

Happy with the checkout service. Staff was polite, understanding and helpful.
