Super Liquor Royal Heights

Amazing friendly lady who was patience and polite to every customer that entered the store. I was very slow as not sure what to purchase so quite a few customers in the time frame I was in there. They may not be over stocked or have what you may want in store but the suggestion, advice and service was nice to see and hear.nIf ever in the neighborhood will use this Superliquor store again.nThank you to the lady on shift 14/04/24 for your kind and friendly service.

Very noisy. The staff were making far too much noise banging the coffee grounds, the patrons all had to raise their voices to be heard above the loud banging. We couldn't wait to get out.. it was not a relaxing place at all .

Excellent service and recommendations from the lady who works there, always a smile on her face and willing to help. Been questioned 3 times for ID by the same person and having trouble twice with South African ID which is understandable but what else do we use. We are over the age of 30. nnOtherwise it's well stocked, but more overpriced than other options around but this is the West.

Staff always friendly, good location. Due to the sale of liquor for all of West Auckland being under Waitakere Licensing Trust, Trust stores are the only option available for purchase of alcohol in the region. Therefore prices tend to be higher than other regions & the trading hours can be an issue, particularly from Sunday to Wednesday when then currently close at 7:00pm. For those 2 reasons I've rated them lower, however on the upside, they are open during level 4 lockdown offering beer, wine & spirits, whereas other regions liquor stores are closed & so only beer & wine is available in supermarkets.

If i could rate 0 i would..If you want people to wear masks SUPPLY them, you over charge us all!!nyou sure as hell can afford to have a box at the counter.
