My local haunt. Beyond happy with my service from Bhupinder tonight who was very friendly and professional. I know Glen Eden can be a mixed crowd so I admire the cashiers of the area to keep up the confidence and professionalism of the space. You are awesome
Lady didn’t want to serve me bc they were “closed” even though they close at 9 and it was 8:53. there were 8 of us outside and she no even though they weren’t closed yet this lady turned down business and money ‍ pissed me off so bad i’m leaving a review. don’t go here and don’t waste ur time if it’s close to closing.
Just observed unnecessary argument between the manager and an elderly gentleman. Staff member may have been right, but the way they went about discussing it was rude and unnecessary. Recommend some customer service training.
