Liquorland Glen Eden

Beat store in west Auckland. Has very good collection and price. Kn top its just 2 mins away from my place. Damandeep is always helpful too and is an asset to the store.

Very disappointed with the behaviour I experienced today 13 May 2026 around 8:35 PM. I have been visiting this store regularly since 2023 and have never been treated this way before.nnI was purchasing a 4-pack of Heineken beers and politely informed the staff member at the counter that I had coins and would take a moment to count them, while she could continue serving other customers. However, I felt I was treated with frustration and disrespect, as if I was being judged for paying with coins.nnEventually, another staff member was called to handle my payment. The total was only $19, and I don’t understand why paying with coins should be an issue.nnThis experience was very disappointing. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the payment method. I have been a regular customer and can provide proof of my previous purchases if needed.nnI hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.

I went to get a bottle of red wine. It was my quick visit to the store. Rupeena was on counter serving me. She always have smile on her face. Seems like she is very positive girl. 10/10 for Rupeena!!
