great customer service ,very helpfulnbut it's really hard to explore spirits. Didn't wanna wait and keep the other customers waiting behind me in the queue while I was just asking pricing questions about spirits to the staff

Disappointed with the recent changes at this store. The new whisky display cabinet behind the payment counter looks fancy, but it’s incredibly unwelcoming. Customers can’t browse or see the bottles properly without asking staff, who seem annoyed when you do. It feels more like a museum exhibit than a place to actually shop. Whisky shopping should be about exploration, not feeling like you’re bothering someone just to see what’s available. it also causes unnecessary delays and awkwardness. While one person is trying to check out, another is standing behind them trying to look at bottles — it’s crowded and uncomfortable for everyone. It’s frustrating for customers who just want to pay and leave, and equally frustrating for those interested in the whisky. Poor layout and bad customer experience all around though the staff was trying to help. Definitely a step in the wrong direction.

Asking for my ID everytime I come in. I am a regular, but you STILL ask for my ID. No commonsense or customer service The old lady at the checkouts definitely has a ego problem, asking me for my ID even though SHE KNOWS ME. Lost a loyal customer, bye
