I screamed when I saw my ice cream! I visited sunny nelson real fruit ice cream, and it was hands-down one of the best ice cream experiences I’ve ever had. They blended the ice cream right in front of me with fresh fruit and a shot of honey. The result? A vibrant, naturally sweet treat with bursts of real fruit in every bite. The texture was perfect—smooth, creamy, and refreshingly light, without being overly sweet. They generously stuffed the cone and towered top it all off the staff were also incredibly friendly.nThe prices were more than fair, and the presentation was picture-perfect. The outside area also has mini golf, a balance board and connect 4.

We found one of the best places in town for natural ice cream! You can see your choice being made and mixed in front of you. I order the manager’s recommendation and it was awesome! It was a mix of 3 or 4 fruits with vanilla ice cream. There is a little mini golf to try on while you wait. Plenty of parking space. Quite refreshing for a warm summer day, worth every licking!
Delicious real fruit Ice cream and yoghurt. The ambrosia with chocolate dip is my favourite! We often bring home ready made pots to put in the freezer for treat nights. I love the sand sack game for families in the teeny yard.
We have been loyal customers of Sunny Nelson and regularly enjoy your ice cream. We always order the same flavors, including the chocolate mousse, which has been our favorite. However, during our visit today, we ordered mango ice cream and chocolate mousse ice cream. While the mango ice cream was delicious, the chocolate mousse ice cream was unusually sour and not sweet at all.nnUnsure if it was the banana in the chocolate mousse causing the sourness, we went back to inform your staff. Interestingly, the customer before us mentioned a similar issue with the same flavor, although she only reported it after her daughter had finished the ice cream.nnWhen we spoke to your staff about our concern, they explained that they could not taste the ice cream for health and safety reasons, which is understandable. They offered to add more chocolate to the ice cream and advised us to mix it ourselves. We accepted their suggestion, but when we requested a replacement instead, the staff member displayed a very unprofessional attitude. After giving us the replacement ice cream, she went back into the staff room and shut the door without bothering to ask if everything was satisfactory.nnUnfortunately, the replacement ice cream was still sour, but we decided to leave rather than raise the issue again. This experience was disappointing, especially as loyal customers who have always appreciated the quality and service at Sunny Nelson.
