I adore Paper and Poppies! Their cakes and sweet treats are so gorgeous and fresh. Brownies in a jar are to die for. They take their tea very seriously here and can advise you on the best brew for you. Decor is so pretty and elegant. I would suggest making a booking so you don't miss out on a table.
