I just can't give any Warehouse shops five stars due to their quality of merchandise and lack of choices. However this Warehouse was clean and tidy when we visited and the staff was polite and helpful.
Not bad but could do with some car audio stuff none were on the shelf in that isle at all so I ended up buying a stereo else where and the motor oil needed to be restocked as there were some brands empty on shelf
Standing in line waiting to be served we were next in line , guy changes tills and takes off to another without saying anything, starts serving other people people who were behind us, we were left having to pop over to another cashier, having to go to the back of the line and waiting even longer. Not a good way to treat your customers, definitely considering wither we want to come back or not.
Would score 5 stars if there was more product variety. Otherwise it was ok. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Not really happy to hear under the grape vine that a staff member takes all the good and valuable hotwheels before there even out on the shelf.

I ordered a click and collect it took a week and only got half of the order then over a week later another part of their order arrived the email told me to pickup as soon as possible when I go top pick up I am told to wait in the queue I ordered pick and collect so i didn't have to wait in line due to health reasons Won't be a returning customer shame on you the warehouse
Today we were at the warehouse Levin just shopping having a blast and trying on some clothes that we were keen on buying then we went to leave the changing room and some grumpy old staff member yells at us for trying on clothes and not taking in the right amount of clothing but this was not true. She also yelled and accused us for leaving a mess and then watched us until we walked out the shop. I do NOT appreciate being yelled at for doing nothing wrong and just been a customer.
Staff aren't particularly friendly but awesome deals! We've bought a DVD player for $30 there twice!!!!! Awesome when you're staying at a farm and sick of playing monopoly/connect four!
