Incredibly bad store, eventhough the staff is friendly and trying their best: I ordered a steak and cheese with onions and tomatoes sandwich but the oven wasn't working so they had to microwave it and the bread went soft and soggy. In addition they had no onions at lunchtime! My daughter wanted a meatballs sandwich and guess what? No meatballs!!!! Finally our meal was supposed to have bottled drinks and guess what again?? No more bottled drinks..... Why bother open the restaurant?
Had a terrible experience today - who I assume was the manager comes out and starts berating the man in front of me for cutting the line, and when I cut in and say he was actually there before me, they halfheartedly apologise and then start talking about me in the back room! They seemed slightly racist towards the poor man as well, despite them not being white themselves! Very rude and staff act like they couldnt care less. Worst Subway branch in London!
I just gone the subway Stratford and I spend 18 GBP then i put my drink on the table, I am gone for my order and suddenly manager came and throw my drink 2 Coco cola worth of 2 GBP into the bin. I go there and ask the manager why are you throw my drink. my friend just stand their nearby drink and manager even ask him or permission then I ask the manager and he says I am doing cleaning and he even not in uniform. manager shouting at me, using verbal language. This subway is totally unacceptable and I suggest everyone that pleases don’t go there. Manager even not feeling Guilty. Time of incident Around 15:50 to 16:15 on 27th February 2023.
It was really bad experience with the manager although staff is really good I going to tell you whole insurance that was , I and my friends were going there to have the subway the ln one of my friend just put the coca cola cane on the table the we were going to tell the order already one of my friend was near the table Then suddenly a person came and I don't know who he is then suddenly he throws our coca cola canes in the bean I don't know why then we are arguing why he throws the cane after he was say I don't know this can who's This all happened on 27th February on Monday around 4 o'clock According to me subway has to be take an action on the manager please
Honestly one of the worst Subways in London. I like Subway as a chain but this branch is seriously sub-par. It's always filthy, there will be free tables but they, and the floor, will be covered with rubbish. I've also heard anecdotally that they used to have a bad mouse problem a few years ago so some locals won't go there. The service is incredibly slow even when it's not busy, expect for it to take 15 minutes to get through ordering even without a queue. They for no clear reason don't take subcard. You're only allowed 4 salad options is this a new subway thing?. The staff are unfriendly and if they do wear gloves then also use them to handle meat, veg, use the till and handle money without changing them. Gross. The only good thing I can say about it is that it's conveniently local which must be the only thing keeping it open. I occasionally end up here when I'm passing through Stratford with limited time to find food on route and every time I end up regretting the decision.
Sadly this subway is one of the worst. And is always, always filthy and under staffed tables are never cleaned the photo shared is a normal occurrence here even during pandemic times when hygiene is so very important. It deters people from wanting to go in here... add more staff please,
Disgusting unhygienic. I bought my sub but didn’t eat it because it’s disgustingly unhygienic and couldn’t bring myself to say no i don’t want it anymore cause the staff was quite polite so after i paid i just tossed it away.. First off the set up of the meats and veggies are suppose to be refrigerated which it is not, it’s a serious concern for food poisoning, the vegetables were all wilted and the RED onions were BROWN, the meat looked like it was sweating cos of how warm it was in there. Ive never seen such a thing in my life and theres flies everywhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING
Unhygienic environment, flies everywhere and on the food. The staff carelessly threw my food around. An issue I had was I had to constantly repeat myself to the staff who could not hear or were simply ignoring my needs. My biggest issue was the fact that the store was CASH ONLY???? its 2022 and the store is implementing this ridiculous rule, how do they expect to gain customers? I do not recommend and will not be coming back.
Always problem Cardmachine not working. Subway Headquarter should kick the owner from uk Subway business . Rubbish customer service including no change even I went there to buy sandwich with cash money , I couldn't buy food for breakfast. Unprofessional....
Really bad service. No accountability for customers choice. When asked to correct order, they behaved as if they do not understand what’s being asked. I had asked for 2 subs 6’ each. Check the photos, they are not same in size, also the toppings were all placed really badly. The cheese was literally on the paper when I asked it to be cheese toasted. Didn’t give the tissues even when I asked twice.
