Subway Pukekohe

Went to this store on 30 July 2022 at 4.20pm. The server made me wait while she cleaned up sweeping and pulled cookies out of the oven which were put precariously on the back bench. The store was dirty. The station where all the sandwiches are made had not been cleaned. She cut open the bread with a knife that had mayo or some sauce on it. As you can see in photos the area where the cookies are kept was not cleaned and all the rubbish swept into the back can be seen from the customers POV. Will not return to this store as the hygiene here is pretty iffy!

Worst experience ever . Would never recommend anyone going there. Went there at around 1.30pm today . Staff was not welcoming at all, there were 2 girls one was Nav and I don’t remember the other ones name. Ordered a veggie patty sub , asked for smoked cheese and the girl put on cheddar cheese , then never asked me if I wanted it toasted or not and threw the sub straight into the oven for toasting, then for the salads I specifically said no tomatoes as I am allergic but she still put tomatoes on it. And the worst part was when there are rules to use seperate knife for veg subs they still used chicken knife to cut my veg sub. Also there was a boy working who was sweeping the floor when the subs were made and cleaned the sandwich station without washing the hands also there were cookies on the back bench open with no cover in it.

Staff can often get overwhelmed as there seems to only be two people on at a time, do run out of some breads from time to time and have had wrong orders come from here a few times too. Staff are relatively nice most of the time.Food: 4/5

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway, pregnant woman ordering a salad 3 slices tomato, 3 slices cucumber are you serious????? Absolutely disappointed trying to eat healthy and don't even get half the regular salad they use to make .

Don't waste your time Only One staff on Friday afternoon, 3rd time I've been there and walked off without ordering

Probably the last time I will ever order from this store. I ordered three pepper chicken, the sandwich I got had more olives than the chicken. Can easily fill up a small jar with the amount of olives I was given and would be enough for rest of the week. The staff used to be great but not anymore. Had so many issues with my orders recently. The drive to bombay store seems worth it now.

Subway has recently been renovated, and the new look is a big improvement. The screens are now a lot easier to read, and the drink machine is easier to operate. The food tastes the same, fairly standard - high quality. Staff members are normally quite friendly and placing your order is normally hassle free. Pricing isn't too bad, and the variety means they cater to almost everyone. Overall, you get what you pay for, to a good standard, without too much trouble.
