I come here often as i work around the area and I live far away and Saturday nights I like take out. I’ve always had a positive experience and lovely staff. Mainly from Kathrine just found out her name and I don’t know if it’s a K or C. She is always so positive, polite, helpful and is really good at doing her job with a smile :
Service was a little slow but bearable, staff had to ask details about our order multiple times after we had already given them when we ordered. Chicken choppers were fried to a crisp to the point they weren’t edible. Generally have a good experience with burger fuel but this was the worst I’ve hadFood: 1/5
Fries and burger had none off there usual yum. After waiting and seeing our order sitting under those lights, the packer eventually packed our order. I was not best pleased. Lukewarm throughout burger and fries. Chicken cold, soggy. Not up to there usual standard burger fuel has. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.Food: 2/5
High quality, great tasting burgers. Both my teen and I enjoy these burgers. Friendly and prompt service. I tend to order the Bio Fuel burger on a gluten-free bun, this is a generous meal for me. No need to get extras.Food: 5/5

Fuel for the soul We were at KFC buying lunch for my boy but BurgerFuel caught our attention. We sat at KFC while my son had his lunch and in less than 10 minutes we just have to leave. KFC is really not conducive for a nice quiet lunch so my wife went to BurgerFuel to ask whether they mind my son bringing along his lunch. We were welcomed my the staff and we ordered our first meal. The Burgers were pretty good and the portion is huge. But we were more impressed with the young lady that serve us despite of her going age.
Came here to grab the 2 for 1 burger deal. The burgers were so fresh including the buns, couldnt get better and the boss is a good guy to chat with.Food: 5/5
To be honest, the Burgerfuel in Pukekohe is less than average. We ordered the American muscle and the beef was quite saltier and drizzled in too much sauce than usual. To be frank, we stopped ordering the chips as the chips isn't as great compared to the ones in central Auckland. The chips cooked in the Pukekohe store is either soggy or a Lil undercooked. We will give BF another go in a couple of months again once we get the craving.
Burger fuel Pukekohe. Best burger fuel experience to date. Couldn't fault anything. Chips /kumera fries perfect, not greasy. Burgers fresh. Meal well presented. Customer service great. 10/10. Really happy customer.
The friendly bearded gentleman thought to turn off the music when we brought in our sleeping baby and gave our toddler colouring crayons. Really thoughtful and great service all around. Thank you.
