Very friendly staff’s and the sub was really good. I highly recommend this branch.
The subway service in general is always exceptional compared to other restaurants, but the Paeroa customer service is just next level incredible. Busy Saturday leading up to lunchtime rush and one of the staff members left the busy kitchen to help me by the drinks station with a cup holder because she could see me struggling with two kids in tow. They are always great with kids always super friendly
Not a very nice Teriyaki Chicken Sub way at all. Ordered a foot long sub and by the time I got to the table the bun was soggy and broke apart in our hands as we tried to eat it. Worst Subway we have ever haf, far too much liquid when the chicken was put on the bun, thank goodness we didn't have much sauce on it. Paid good money for a soggy lunch. Won't go back there in a hurry, not a good experience at all.

Fine place to stop when hungry. No frills, but friendly staff.
My 78 year old Mother went in and ordered for herself and my elderly father about 5 weeks ago. The staff were rude and trying to hurry them along. My Mother walked out of there feeling very flustered. There was only a choice of 2 breads and the brown was doughy. Hardly any lettuce. They will not be back again!!!
