The food was fine however, the dining area was absolutely filthy. Every bin was completely full, meaning people weren't able to put away their rubbish even if they wanted to. All the tables were sticky and had left over food over them. It wasn't very busy and I felt that some of the staff could have been dealing with the cleanliness of the place rather than making food.
Not very good customer service, staff forgot to hand us our fries, mentioned that they are short staffed you could hear them laughing out loud talking throughout, a guy stood by calling 3 times excuse me but non of them bother to come up till he walked out. Hot chocolate is so awful literally no milk added asked at the counter is this just water… the girl replied it’s automatically made from the machine so pathetic… the toilet not cleaned smelly and dirty. We know our review doesn’t but at the end of the day we are paying for food so we expect better quality.
It doesn’t appear to be very busy. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 20 min after the order which took 5 min for someone to talk over the intercom. Slow service. 25min all up for “fast food” also chips were cold
For the fourth time in a row, the service/wait time is too long ,20mins in drive through for food that is cold and not up to standard, it's the last time we go here. I Don't recommend this McDonald's ,spend your money elsewhere.
Not bad for a 24hr franchise, lights on, no signage to say they were closed for whatever reason. But told by i guess he was an employee to come back in probably 30 mins. Well probably aint good enough for me to go back. 1 star and thats only because it looked clean inside.
