Wow, thank you to Jason who is the owner of this restaurant for responding to my issues on opening times. Your quick response to rectifying this is awesome. Your kind gesture was totally appreciated by my whole team and they wish to thank you as well. We will definitely be using the online ordering app to place future orders.

The customer service is excellent here. The older lady especially, is just such a breath of fresh air. I've been going almost everyday to get a salad for my lunch etc at work and every single time has been good. Food is great. Service is also fast and efficient.

I liked how subway was made and tasted, really yum. Bread was fresh and staff was good. But would like to add a note here that smiling face would make them look more welcoming to customers.

Subway located by Auckland International Airport. I heard about the new 'Subway panini' on the radio and was intrigued to try it. It was...DISAPPOINTING..! Stick to the 'usual' Subway menu guys!

One of the rudest customer service I have ever seen in my life, ladies working there seems like they don’t want to work ...... not happy at all, not going back again, big zero.

Ordered on the Subway app, and the subs were picture perfect - better than the photos. Great care taken in all the ingredients and structural integrity 100%. Best Subway I have been to.
