Subway New Zealand

Food is good as always. But this one experience... I was working about 20 minutes north, so Subway was the closest eatery. Anyways, I ordered my subway over the app so it's ready for pick up to maximise my smoko time. Ordered a sub and 2 cookies. Grab my stuff, get back to site, and cool, they've forgotten my cookies. That's all good though, I didn't mind cos this stuff happens. So I told the app feedback they forgot my cookies. I get an email a week later from the store manager saying it "slipped her mind" who even says that to a customer c'mon.. and said if I make the trip back I can come back and get my cookies. But wait hold up, I already went there and back. I don't wanna go back again just to get what I was already owed. At least offer a sub or something. It's not worth the petrol driving back just for 2 cookies that I already should have received. Just poorly handled tbh.

Amazing team at Subway - Amelia, Holly and Sam! I pre ordered catering wraps and totally miscounted, so I needed another 16 subs. Thankfully the Team quickly did a second batch for me on time and efficiently. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! I honestly appreciate it and was so thankful. 10/10

Went in to get sub dog and guy staff would let me get cheddar. When I have been here 4 times and manager had always let me. When I said I don't want mozzarella he just put everything away. Wasn't even nice at all in tone, even though she said sorry about that. It was abrupt.

One of the best subways i have been to. Very well made subs, friendly staff and pretty fast to. It has improved since the store rebuild.

Service was good. Managed to get real meat onto my second choice bun as first choice had run out. Nowhere to sit and no garbage bins. Not being a subway regular the overly processed meats remind me why I don't do this more often.
