Really good bakery, plus their sandwiches is yummy. The ginger creme brelee is a something not to be missed. Come to bakery early, if not you'll be waiting in line. There's not too many sit inside the bakery.

One of my favorites in Jackson Street away from the crowds, good seating and parking even open on Sundays plus plus. Great raspberry pastry and wholesome sourdough.

Great cakes and bakery. Staff not very friendly and coffee could be better. Well worth a shop for a cakes though.

During warmer months there are few flies crawling about on loaves of bread.

Not very German. Bretzel pretty pale, tasted ok. The Berliner jam filling was some weird unrecognizable texture, not even close to jam. The staff were unfriendly, not a single smile or friendly hello, didn’t feel welcome at all.

German style bakery. Beautifully made baked goods. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for artisan style food. My favourites are: the lemon meringue tartlets, almond tarts, and the salami salad bun.

Could do with some serious TLC, small range of options even at lunchtime. Bit dull inside, needs a paint job inside Flies flying around and landing on the bread etc

We only tried the pretzels and they were very dry, looked incredible pale for a real pretzel and they did not taste anything like a pretzel. The only thing genuine is the shape! Very disappointing.

Pretty good coffee. Excellent array of different and nice breads, perfect for a weekend lunch. Thry have a yummy selection of bakery treats, sandwiches, buns, tarts, pies, cakes, etc, etc, etc. And they also have friendly staff, with patience while you make your selection.

Coffee is abit average, although ive had couple of good ones made by one the ladies whom i havent seen awhile.
