Was very disappointed with our orders. Every single one was drowning in sauce. Will NEVER come back. The only staff member on has no idea what he was doing.
I brought my daughter to the store and ordered a kid's ham cheese sub. The clerk asked me if I wanted to cut off 2 inches from the 6-inch bread, and I said you can keep it. Then she put a slice of ham and mozzarella cheese and asked if I needed any vegetables. I said no. Just a ham cheese toast that'll do. Because there were no vegetables, my daughter wanted two cookies, but was told that vegetables could only be exchanged for one cookie. Plus a bottle of children's drink, it was a total of $10.70. I asked her if it should be the price of a children's set meal, but she said because I didn't ask to cut off 2 inches from the 6-inch bread, it was charged at the price of a 6-inch sub. Thanks to this Subway, I have completely lost my good impression of Subway.
if you are someone that hates a burnt cookie this is the place to go. dead serious the most perfectly cooked cookies EVER. also bob is the best sandwhich artist ever. give him a raise!!!!
Fabulous customer service. Specially appreciated to Bob. Nice and good sense of humor to understand customer need and how to fulfill. Great job
Arrived 8:30pm and the shop already closed with a big sign saying closes 9pm.
