Epic subway liked how the decor was modern. Foot long was outa this planet. Seemed clean as, and so way the toilet. Don’t even get me started on the staff, WAHT LOVLY PEOPLE! End of the day probably the best subway I’ve been too

Always good here! I've been a few times, but it doesn't disappoint. 13/04/23 seems to have new staff, still good, friendly and food still great .Food: 5/5

So great in every way, best music out of any subway in NZ. Kind staff, clean space, cool green void at the end of the restaurant. Swedish 40s designed chairs are beautiful also.

Just bought a sub from here and was very disappointed The worker put very minimal effort into making it and I had to say I wanted it fresh and not toasted 4 or so times The sub has a lot less salad on than it usually would and as you can see in the pic, when it was cut in half it was done so very unevenly and managed to push through 2 of the meatballs I'm a lot less than satisfied with this because sauce has leaked out and into my bag and now have had to resemble the sub

I guess the only good part......was that the food was edible, and the staff was able to make a sandwich...... Like some other reviewers wrote, the staff made minimal-to-no effort and showed no enthusiasm. But that's not even what got me to write this review...... The staff didn't seem to know the ingredients, nor did the individual tried to make an effort to explain, whether if he seemed not to understand my selection or wished to clarify for a customer to prevent making the wrong sub e.g., a type of cheese I asked for was not available, he simply said "it's this right?" and pointed at a similar-colored cheese..... I feel like the staff just wanted to get his shift over with and hoping I didn't notice....... While I let that go on the spot, but how can you even mess up the drink order...... I'm fairly certain that a "soda fountain drink" is not the same as a pricey "bottled water" anywhere in the world...... As much as he did try to rectify by offering to refund the mistaken order and create a new one, why bother go through all this when all can be preventable from the beginning, and I think it's even less work to get things right than get things wrong then right. I have never encountered all the above scenarios at any other Subway I always only order the exact same sub with the exact same kind of cheese and veggies and dressing, including exact same "fountain/soda drink"., thus kind of rule out the possibility of misunderstanding or mistaking my order as something else. Just like McDonald's, Subway runs on a franchising business model, where the product and its delivery equate consistency and reliability across all restaurants and across all regions and countries. It's like an assembly line; do the same thing and follow the same protocol and you'll have great customer satisfaction. Yet this kind of incidents still happen.......

Pretty standard as far as Subway goes. Price's aren't as economical as they used to be.Food: 4/5

Staff were great at the time we went and it was nice and quiet. Can always get good value at Subway my asking for plenty of veggies. Vegetarian options: Can opt for veggie patty or smashed falafel. Parking: Dedicated 5 minute parking spots just around the corner.

First time having a gluten free wrap, delicious, but unfortunately couldn't fit as much fillings in as a foot long sub... still delicious though. Would love to see gluten free foot long subs one day, cheers

Vivian street subway don't have sub of the day!! Which is the main attraction of subway. Pretty stingy considering there main customers are uni students.
