Customer service wasn't great. Not one employee smiled today, barely wanted to say one word. Questions would be "cheese" "bread". Service definitely ruined the experience
Service has dropped markedly since new ownership approximately 12/18 months ago. Online orders you used to receive a free drink, now you struggle to get your sub!
Really good experience at this subway, excellent service, love it.
