Suburban Yoga is owned and run by myself, Jude Mahood, and I have many years experience as a Yoga Instructor. I also have a background in nursing and I am a Registered Nutritionist. My Studio is situated in Mornington, Dunedin and is warm!
Suburban Yoga is owned and managed by myself, Jude Mahood. I am an experienced Yoga Instructor and have been teaching in Dunedin for 8 years. My purpose-built, insulated studio is situated in Mornington and there is plenty of free street parking.
My style is general hatha yoga with Iyengar and Anusara influences and I have specialist training in pre and post natal yoga. My style of yoga practice makes it suitable for all levels including beginners. There is a level two class for those who would like to extend and challenge their yoga practice.
