These folks are great!! Good variety of classes from tough core to soothing stretch classes, and excellent instructors. Online and in person classes professional and well run. Great value with concessions and memberships as well.

Barre Base is such an awesome place for a workout! All the instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and motivating. There's always such a positive vibe, much more enjoyable than gyms or the likes. And the burn is definitely real!

If you’re tossing up trying it, you honestly should. Suitable for all ages, flexibility and strengths. The team are so lovely and are really out to help you get the most out of the class. There’s no pressure, and it’s such a peaceful and mindful environment to be in!

After several cancelled gym memberships, I can honestly say I enjoy exercising now thanks to Rosa and the team at Barre Base. Classes are fun and challenging, but there are always options given, and an emphasis on good technique and keeping your self safe. A wonderful local business!

Barre Base is the place! Not only do I feel stronger and more flexible from frequent classes, I've also learned so much about movement, anatomy and breath - the instructors are so knowledgeable! No dance experience necessary, highly recommend to anyone.
