This place is great for fitness and getting a good workout in. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to.

The 24 Hour Concept works great, the location is spotless, the equipment is modern and well set up and the staff is welcoming. Apart from that it offers awesome boxing lessons with a motivated and knowledgeable teacher.
