great place with kind staff
As a mother with kids, there isn’t really a fun kids sections. It hasn’t been designed as such; no toys, no games, no beanbags, no play contraptions, literally JUST books on shelves. Look at other libraries, they really do put an effort in to create an interesting kid’s area. Having lives in other suburbs, this baffles me.
Great library, clean, peaceful, and it has the essentials such as charging ports, printers, etc. I'd say it's a bit on the small side so during busy times it might be hard to find a desk to study/work with friends but most of the time I've been, there's always space to work by yourself.
Love the library, particularly when the toddlers are having reading sessions. As a library, it isn't very quiet, but the rooms are adequate. Staff are friendly too and parking is relatively easy, especially if you're willing to walk a bit for the 4P areas. Better than the Mount Waverley branch as well, not as crowded.
Great place to study all day! You can also use their computers all day if you don't bring your computer.
