Very good lounge indeed. Plenty of food and snacks available all day long. Very good selection of alcoholic beverages with an emphasis on locally produced wines of course. Lots of shower cabins available too, included in entry fee. Service staff is as polite and efficient. Good place to spend couple of hours prior to a flight.
Wonderful food and drinks. You can book in for 4 to 8 hrs slots. Right next to outside smoking area. Am asset to this strata lounge is a waitress called Gabriel. Full of help and smiles and so polite. Thanks for your help .
This is a really great lounge that accepts priority pass holders. There is a variety of hot and cold foods, teas, a soft drink dispenser, and even a pancake machine. There is a good selection of alcohol as well which will make a lot of people happy! The quality of the food itself is decent. Because the airport isn't usually very crowded anyway, the lounge isn't as well. Plenty of space for you to sit and chill out while waiting for your flight. There's a very spacious, clean and comfortable bathroom for you to take your shower as well if you happen to be stuck here in transit.
Very good lounge with lots of food and a huge amount of alcoholic beverages. There are several conférence rooms and working spots. Also, it even contains a room for children with a TV as distraction in the room. The views form the windows go directly in the air aide of the airport. There's good amount of seating there as well to enjoy the busy people and the occasional small chaos. The taste of the food is pretty good and the staff is helpful with most requests.
A good option to come if you have access through Priority Pass especially when Air NZ Lounge is near its capacity. Good spacious lounge. Offers more cooked breakfast than AirNZ Lounge, though no barista coffee. It also has a huge children’s room! But there are only two toilets.
I've visited several times. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are fresh and tasty. I packed wrong power adapter and they had one for me to use. Recommend highly and thank you to all the staff.
Honestly, this is the best airport lounge I've ever been to - and I have been to a ton of the in the US. Many Indian dishes including an incredible beef or goat curry and a spiced, garbanzo bean and carrot salad. Wine is self serve which is the first time I've ever experienced such a thing. They carried local New Zealand wines. I have Coeliac diaease and the staff helped me pick out things that were safe for me to eat. Each bathroom has its own shower stall and they are very spacious. Overall, this is a comfortable lounge with delicious food. It is a must visit if travelling through Auckland. Visited February 2023.
I love it…. Confortable, spacious, good drinks, good food. You can take a shower in this lounge. Nice and friendly staff members.
I entered this lounge based on my Priority pass membership card. Food quality was really good. I found good option for vegetarian as well. It would be better if they start indication for vegan/vegetarian for food items.
One of the better lounges that I’ve been. Plenty of fresh, delicious food. Self-served bar. Comfortable sitting space. Plenty of staff.
