Have been shopping with them for many years now. They continue with their excellent service and offering help. But it seems the business model has become quite slow in pacing alongwith other stores in AU or other countries. It's time that they extended their product range to local made in NZ as well instead of China.

I bought online & asked for pickup from my local branch. I checked that manukau, botany & sylvia park all had stock first. One day later I received an email saying no stock. Ok no problem, other close branches had stock But they didn't. So now I'm about to travel, no suitcase & no one can confirm when I can expect to get the suitcase that is now coming from Albany. What sort of stock system doesn't reserve what's been purchased. Your staff must get tired of dealing with similar queries. At the very least provide a better customer service by keeping your customers updated.

Great store, good quality bags. They often have specials. We purchased travel bags over the Christmas period and they had 60% off on the bags we purchased.

Bought here leather wallet, but customer service was pretty poor, cause pricetags and sale tickets didn't match, such a shame. If you attract people for a sale , please make sure that you have correct prices and clear offers not confusing customers. 3 stars just because we found what we wanted.

The customer service is not good . The staff was too rude and don't bother about the customers.

Poor customer service. I was in store for 15-20 minds. Two ladies that worked there were having a personal conversation behind the counter the whole time. Never offered me assistance or even acknowledged I was there. Third lady that worked there was doing something and walked straight past me a few times. Again no acknowledgement no assistance offered.

2 staff, a man and lady on the 19th after 5pm at your Manukau store, delivered fantastic service helping us pick a luggage piece. Knowledgeable and friendly, thanks team

I bought 3 leather bags at the Manukau store. 2 turned out to be faulty. They would not repair, couldn't replace as none the same in stock and initially refused a refund, only wanting to give a credit note. This is a breach of the Consumers Guarantee Act. I had to put a lot of pressure on them to give me the refund that I was entitled to, which was a very unpleasant experience. I will not be purchasing any more bags from them.

They have nice bags and they had discounts on hand bags. Had i been a hand bags lady i would have purchase the lovely bag i had my eye on
