This place offers an amazing array of goods and services. They made me an individualized embroidered hat patch for my friends 60th birthday that I sewed onto a homemade beanie . They made it perfectly from my drawing of what I wanted and it was cheap and ready in a week.
Great service. Staff go out of their way to help. Great communication with customer via email etc to let you know when job is ready to pick up

The Worst organised company I've come across. Their work is great but how they work in such a non organised way is frustrating and annoying for me as a customer. Takes forever, I ask when it'll be done and they never ever do it on time.
