To Whom It May Concern We have known Lindsey Hambleton over the last 4 years where she has been our Property Manager for our last rental tenancy. We have found her to be the consummate professional, always courteous and honest in her role and dealings with us. We are relatively new to property management 18months and our property manager Katy has been amazing from the beginning, she made things super clear and easy for us. We appreciate her open and excellent communication skills as she regularly keeps us updated especially with any maintenance issues. This is important to us as it shows she is taking great care of our investments. Katy is very good at dealing with our tenants, she is very respectful but also firm when needed. We live rural so we are comforted to know our properties are in safe-hands and being well monitored and looked after. Thanks so much Katy!!!
Ultimately a great experience. Our property manager Katy Russell engaged well with us. Initially moving to our property as first home, was smooth and easy. Communication with Katy was timely, efficient and very approachable. In particular when there are property issues of things that needs to be fixed or fault she answer our calls, update us on the progress of repairs and maintenance needed and prioritising of work from time to time. We feel listened to and care for since staying at our property. House inspection are timely and appreciate feedback too as to how we are doing in looking after the property - to us is critical to have open communication with Katy - which she is superb at. Thanking for your service and looking after us.
Kelly has been our property manager for several years and we cannot speak highly enough of her work. Kelly is incredibly efficient in organising any repairs or maintenance items at our two rental properties and providing regular inspection reports. As well she communicates very effectively by email, phone or in person, so that we always have clear messages about the state of our properties and the wellbeing of our tenants. We know that when we seek her advice or assistance we will receive the best professional care available.. Kelly is awesome !
