Customer service was great! Food was terrible. I think my fish was rotten… considering I paid for 2 snapper at $8 each. Thankfully I got my kids a burger and hotdog so they didn’t have to get out off their food like me. I would ask to see the fish first. Photos don’t do it justice as to how green it was
I order fish and chips here and love how fast they make it and how fresh it is each time.
Never againnI don’t have photo of the fish but kumara was horrible. Very soggy and oily. I am sure their oil is probably very dirty and old. This place used to be good, not anymore

The food has improved slightly since the change of ownership recently. The pineapple fritters are AMAZING and the fish is always a good size. They always chuck in a couple of extra potato fritters too. Feel bad that these guys have had a bad wrap for their pricing recently, I think it is on par with any other fish and chip shop in the country. There's definitely room for improvement, especially with how the shop is presented, but it's always a decent feed!
