Excellent advice to help me choose the best implement for my circumstances. Only down - one of the other sales team sold the last one while I was discussing! Not to worry, replacement due in a couple of days. Back for a battery mower with drive, as well as cut. Good value.
They went out of their way to repair a broken tool, even when it was not purchased from them. A friendly can-do approach to customer service. Highly recommended.
POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE! We have had a 5 year plus relationship with Stihl Shop Kumeu during which we have purchased 4 blowers/blower vacs, 2 chainsaws, a mower and a waterblaster, among other items. However, after a Stihl Shop Kumeu staff member wrongly and brusquely insisted on TWO separate occasions that one of our blower vacs was out of warranty and we'd have to pay $60 for the repair, we were not happy. We had to produce the sales receipt in order to have the customer warranty honoured despite this being a computerised document on their system.
Great service for years now. Knowledgeable Great service department Always have stock of the parts you need Friendly and helpful This is a good place to have any mower, ride on or any saw serviced, a great place to buy a new item and just nice people. Definitely the sort of place you want to deal with.

I was looking at the STIHL HSA 25 BATTERY ELECTRIC SHRUB SHEARS. They allowed me to loan the item first to try it. Fantastic service. It did the job I needed them for so I made the purchase. I went in recently to buy a chainsaw for my husbands birthday. I don't know much about chainsaws but Craig took the time to talk through the products with me and answered all my questions. Outstanding service. Will defiantly be back.
