The loveliest and kindest owner, Sarah! She went above and beyond for me and deserves all the best in return.
This place is an epic legend, like walking into a movie set and finding everything just perfect. The food, the rooms, the service, the jacuzzi. I only booked this place because of its proximity to the slopes but as soon as I arrived I felt like I had stumbled into a dream
Very dishonest, dodgy and greedy owner - cancelled our booking and kicked us out last minute after another company offered them more money. The host also tried to lie and make up some new silly conditions and reasons.nIt's a shame HolidayHouses doesn't have any penalties for such owners and their unfair behavior or scam. We really felt like it's happening not in New Zealand, but in some African country, where cheaters try to trick you. Hope the host will experience the same situation on her own.nSo I warn everyone to be very couscous with them.
We lost money and time because our booking was cancelled without any valid reason. Shame on you, cap
Don't recommend that place. Canceled the booking without the reason and we lost lots of money because of them.
