Starbucks - New Plymouth

Came here with my fiance on a Friday afternoon to grab an iced drink. Ordered two of the hot chocolate frappes. Apon receiving these my partner and I noticed that there was caramel drizzle on top , the cream was warm and the drink was also warm. There was way too much chocolate powder and not enough ice , all we could taste was the chocolate powder which was clumpy and overpowering.We will not be returning until the standard improves. Not to mention waiting almost twenty minutes and $7.90 wasted.

The staff are absolutely amazing so friendly, always smiling, the Coffee is on point and one is never enough. Whenever I get into New Plymouth the first stop is Starbucks and you are greeted with a beautiful welcome and a smile.Food: 5/5

Ahhh. No gingerbread lattes. Came a long way to not get one. There had been a lot of customers and tables hadn't been cleared and there were bits of paper napkins on the floor. I used the hand sanitiser and it squirted in an unpredictable direction and strongly over my white pants!! Never-ending I will be back one day.Food: 4/5

We didn't get any food but it all looked good. Haven't been to star bucks in a long time. I got the white chocolate mocha sooo good. My partner got the chocolate chip frappe with coffee added in he loved it. Friendly staff.Service: 5/5

Nothing beats a good old Frappucino, the place is nice and decently tidy with air conditioner and free wifi, a must try for coffee or Starbucks lover Vegetarian options: Has soy and oats milks, etc... Dietary restrictions: Have options for less sugars, whole milk, trim and more.

Typically great coffee. Presentation of the food in the cabinet appeared as it had been in there for some time. Tables were not wiped down. It was just after opening, so there was no excuse for not having clean surfaces. Furniture needed updating. The premises looked drab.Food: 4/5

As a parent, this is a great spot to stop for a coffee because there is a toilet with changing table, seating you can let kids play around, and lots of yummy treats. The staff is always great too. I also like to buy coffee beans and have them ground there. Starbucks might be an eyesore for the local coffee culture, but they represent the area well with the art displayed and the people who work there.
