Starbucks Brookfield

This morning, 16/11/2024, we were served by an incredibly pleasant male barista. His genuine passion for his work shone through, complemented by his exceptional friendliness. To top it off, he generously treated us to some free biscuits, making the experience even more memorable!

Service was friendly, they made two of our three drinks incorrectly. But made us fresh ones and gave us the wrong ones for free, which I found funny. If we can’t drink a certain component why would I want it. Nice enough, convenient if that’s what you’re looking for. The chairs around the big table were quite uncomfortable.

This is not the best place to sit down with kids and chill unless you're keen on watching the community walk past with their full shopping trolleys! There's not even a public toilet unless you use the one by the supermarket checkouts. There is however the option to order your Starbucks drinks on the app ahead of arrival, collect em and go across to the park, which I would recommend! Always an acceptable flat white and cold drinks for the kids. iced flat white is really nice and strong. Glad the almond milk is Milk Lab too..Use the app as once you get to Gold status their is good monthly perks.

One person doing everything. Waited as she served and took over coffees to customers, took their food, came back to take them serviettes. Made another drink. And more. Someone finally came out when queue got long. Waited and waited.nCouldn't hold coffee as it was too hot, balanced it on my phone. I make better coffee. Bitter, over extracted. No apology for wait. Will definitely not be back.

worker was extremely kind and i came in just before they closed and without hesitation made my drink which was excellent. thank you to nim for your excellent service definitely would recommend her and she should get a raise.
