I had such a great experience at Spotlight Whangarei, All the staff were very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to come across a team where everyone is so welcoming and attentive. They made sure I found what I needed and offered assistance without being pushy. Spotlight Whangarei is very privileged to have Rebecca and Yvette working for their company. I had cause to go in twice in one day, both these ladies helped me with curtain dilemmas with an above and beyond attitude. I was stressed,yet still they made me laugh and I left with a warm smile on my face. I really appreciate their attitudes and look forward to the next time I encounter them.
I've become increasingly aware of the fabrics we wear mostly not being biodegradable, & the microplastics that we are not only inhaling but are largely being discarded to the landfill. So I was very happy to discover a fairly diverse array of natural fabrics available in our very own Spotlight storeLovely textures & stunning colours!
Get your shop in order. Staff just point to where you have to go. No maths ability. Only lady who was worth any salt was an Irish lady who was very helpful in the end. I would have walked out if she had not come to my aidnThank you.
Worst place ever to shop!! You place an order online to click & collect. You check yes store has it. You buy it next thing you get an email saying they don’t have it so you call the shop to double check what they do have. They don’t have your second choice colour. You send your son to pick up rest of order and guess what they do have second option available but to late have purchased from another place that actually cares about customer service and checking things for you. Spotlight you need to step up!!!!
