I don’t usually like to name drop on bad reviews but I am very upset at the customer service I received today. I wanted to use afterpay to purchase something for my daughter.. they don’t have Zip afterpay even tho it says they do on the website..nnMe and my daughter were served by Donna.. She was rude when we were showing her it says they have Zip in store. She then tried to figure out something for us using click and collect which didn’t work. this was the only nice customer service we got After that didn’t work as it said the item was out of stock on click and collect she LOUDLY announced “ This lady is trying to use afterpay in click and collect because she has no money”nnIt was so rude and quite embarrassing. Not everyone can afford to pay things straight away especially with today’s prices. Disappointed.
Absolutely amazing staff and air-conditioning. I don't like the music though as I can't hear myself think. I would spend more money if it was quiter.nAgain great staff and air-conditioning. 10/10 plus.
Poor service 4 staff members on at the counter.. All seemed away with the fairys waited ages to be serviced. 1 staff member was rather rude to a customer not cool. No staff on the shop floor to ask for help. Very poor
I think Spotlight is wonderful and the lovely woman who served me today was so helpful. Perfect attentive service. The shop however is too jam packed with stuff. One way traffic only.
Lovely service, thank you.nI have to say it is always a surprise when the person serving you doesn't know how to handle a cash payment and give change.
