I rang Regent today and spoke with Jeremy on the phone re a chainsaw I had recently bought elsewhere. I was having trouble starting it, the manual was worse than useless, and the supplier was of no practical help on the phone. Jeremy was very willing to have a look at it for me, which was kind and a big relief. When I got to the store, Greg served me as Jeremy was busy. Greg was very obliging, kind and knowledgeable. He spotted an important assembly mistake I had made that would have meant the chainsaw wasn't safe to use. He also showed me how to cold-start and hot-start the chainsaw in a clear and memorable way. Many thanks to staff at Regent for great service, when they could have easily told me to go away, or go back to the supplier.
These guys are just the best. Great advice, friendly and always happy to help. They are our homes go to for mowers, chainsaws, and we have a seriously good mower from them. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended.

Really friendly and helpful, ordered parts from them over the phone and drove down to pick up for urgent repair. no troubles good prices would definitely go back if needed
