Staff are not friendly. That act annoyed. Manager needs to be aware of the price match policy! Yes it’s 30km of the store BUT the business should be able to be able to deliver to your home , which means it does count for most shops! Rather go elsewhere now
I will never shop at spotlight again.nnI was so pleased with what I found at spotlight however I have since been slapped with a $65 parking fine for parking 1:42 as it was a poorly signposted 90 minute parking lot. Wish I hadn't gone there at all, what a sour taste to leave customers with.
Outrageous experience, my wife visited the store and was shopping for around 1 and a half hours. She has since received a $65 parking fine in the mail from their enforcement service. Disgusting behaviour from Spotlight! Unjustifiable that they would try to bill their own customers $65 if they’re spending more money in store?? It defines any retail logic you can think of. I’d be handing in my resignation if I was the manager who signed off on that “genius” idea. What a joke! Will not be returning in future, save your money and buy online from their competitors!
