Great for trades people. Looks like this is where their focus is. Very neat and clean in the store. The staff are friendly and they can help with advice, if you need it.
Ordered a product a while ago. Only just writing review now. Good shop etc but service was a bit slack by one employee in particular who was quite condescending and wouldn’t listen. Ended up leaving and getting in touch with someone by email who sorted out my issue straight way and I got my product 5 minutes later. Very helpful staff on email.
First time I've been into the new store. Well set out. Lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. Great range, good pricing from what I could see and some specials I found hard to walk past. Will be our go to place from now. Very inpressed
I have visited 3 times in the last few weeks and the service has been outstanding. Very helpful and willing to go the 'extra mile' in the yard, in-store and deliverying my orders the next day. Thanks.
They didn't have the blades that I needed, they told me that I would be better to go to the blade suppliers around the corner, and the drew a map for me of how to get there, if they were to order it for me it would cost be more and take a few days
