Corey was extremely helpful and friendly with us. We built a sleepout at the back of our property and he provided exceptional customer service via email, phone and in person. He went above and beyond to help us with any enquiries and was very patient. You don’t see this kind of service these days so PlaceMakers is very lucky to have you! Thank you again for all your help Corey, we will recommend PlaceMakers Kapiti to all our friends and family next time they have a project :
Very knowledgeable staff, who always offer straightforward and honest advice.
I recently encountered an issue with a shower I had purchased, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Nickiee who went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. From the beginning, she took ownership of the situation, liaising directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and keeping me informed throughout the process.nWhat truly stood out was the level of commitment she showed—going as far as meeting with the manufacturer's representative in her own time to advocate for a fair outcome. Thanks to her persistence, professionalism, and genuine care for customer satisfaction, I ended up with a result that I was extremely happy with.nIt's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and puts in that kind of effort to support a customer. I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Great for building supplies, and staffed by people who know the industry they are in.
James provided oustanding customer service. He was very friendly and professional and went out of his way to find out if an out stock product was still available. Thanks for the great customer service
