Ordered online, 1 minecraft pillow was sent due to no stock in Christchurch. Pillow arrived with a sticker stuck into the pillow itself, that someone had clearly tried to remove. The paper sticky back is stuck hard against the pillow cover with a big nail mark and a pull in the fabric down the centre of the pillow. Phoned this store as it was sent from here, and was given the number for the customer service call centre. The number does not ring and the line goes dead after a few minuite.
Staff very efficient and helpful. Found a solution to my problem and was very cost effective. Free parking at the door. Quick service. Large variety of merchandise.
Had shade blinds made Perfect and much cheaper than other places and same quality Very pleased with them
It was $37.5 on the tag and on 40 % sale, but they charged $40. When I checked the receipt and went back to the counter, they returned $16. It was my first experience like this with them.

Very good experience, I was out of my comfort zone & not finding what I was there to purchase. A lovely lady came and helped me find my requirements, happy customer.
10/10 service, amazing product in store and amazing deals on curtains. We over anticipated how many curtains we required, went in store to cancel the balance of the order and they happily refunded us. We love our blackout curtains & can't believe the price we got them for!
