I have nothing but good comments to share about each member of the Silverdale team I have met. Knowledgeable, highly skilled, responsive, sympathetic and just plain cool people. Thank you for helping me choose the best options for every occasion.
The staff at Specsavers in Silverdale are always nice and supportive. I appreciate how professionally they handle all of my requests. It’s clear that their focus is not just on selling glasses but primarily on providing quality service to their customers. Many thanks and keep it up, Silverdale Specsavers!
The team at Silverdale are very caring and knowledgeable. They take you through the entire process from testing to getting your glasses. They answer any and all questions with care and make you feel very welcome. They offer opinion when wanted and go above and beyond to help you get the right frames and fit for you. Thank you Jonathan for your caring and calm nature when testing my eyes, Alex for your wonderful knowledge and for going above and beyond to accommodate my fussiness in reguards to the frames and Kate for doing the final fitting and offering us tips on how to care for our new glasses. Amazing tram at Silverdale. Highly recommend!
The staff are very kind and helpful. I am satisfied with my purchased. Thank you very much.
Visited Specsavers Silverdale to get an eye exam and then onto choosing some new glasses.nFrom start to finish the staff were excellent. Attentive and professional throughout my visit.nEverything was explained from the eye exam on to the selection of lenses and frames and of course the cost with any discounts.nI made my choice after a brief look at options I’d done my homework about styles in advance.nVery happy with everything and can’t wait to pick them up shortly. Go pay them a visit.nMany thanks.
